Sales Manager

Description

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Sales Manager to lead and manage sales initiatives across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role focuses on generating new sales, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and monitoring market trends.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Generate new sales by leveraging existing and potential customer networks. * Develop an annual sales strategy and establish a monthly monitoring schedule. * Report on the status of accounts and transactions. * Monitor key sales metrics. * Develop comprehensive product knowledge and create unique selling propositions. * Organize product trials, meetings, demonstrations, and promotions to cultivate potential clients and sales opportunities. * Plan the regional sales budget and develop sales plans for key accounts and customers within the region. * Provide regular sales reports and updates, including weekly sales schedules and performance summaries. * Manage customer feedback and oversee the prototyping approval process. * Recommend actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. * Provide feedback on current projects and development initiatives for key accounts. * Monitor competitors' pricing strategies, activities, and product offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least three years of relevant experience in sales or account management. * Experience working with regional sales accounts, including distributors and end-users. * Thorough understanding of regional markets related to the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Meat Processing industries. * Comprehensive knowledge of competitors and the ability to adapt successful competitive strategies. * Proactive, excellent team player with a strong customer focus. * Excellent time management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. * Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently. * Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
