Responsibilities and Duties

* Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction * Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve sales objectives * Create business strategies to attract new customers, increase traffic, and improve profitability * Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally * Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations * Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays * Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profitability * Manage store administration duties including budgets and financial records * Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment * Dispense Traditional Chinese Medicine as required * Handle phone calls and manage appointment bookings

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or TCM industry * Strong leadership and team management skills * Proven sales and business development capabilities * Knowledge of health and safety regulations in healthcare/retail environment * Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills * Ability to multitask and work under pressure * Proficiency in handling store administration and financial records
