We are hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support daily food preparation and operations in a casual dining environment. The role includes handling ingredients, preparing sauces and soups, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. Responsibilities and Duties

* Perform kitchen operations according to work instructions * Handle cutting, de-cartoning, and seasoning of ingredients * Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of kitchen equipment * Prepare and cook sauces and soups as required * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation * Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and company policies * Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements

* Passion for the F\&B industry with a service-oriented mindset * Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player * Experience in Western cuisine, including preparation, cooking, and presentation * Ability to follow SOPs accurately and work under time constraints * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean record
