Sales Manager

Description

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join their growing team in Singapore. As a key member of the Singapore Sales team, you will play a vital role in driving their continued growth and expansion within this region.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Achieve annual revenue targets by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and building long-term relationships that convert into sales. * Gain a comprehensive understanding of Sparta's product offerings, client challenges, the customer journey, target markets, and competing solutions. * Develop in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle, sales methodologies, customer profiles and segmentation, and sales tactics. You will also contribute to refining these processes as the company scales. * Foster strong and collaborative working relationships with other members of the Sales and Marketing team, as well as broader business stakeholders and leadership. * Develop and implement a revenue generation strategy and prospecting pipeline focused on acquiring new customers and maximizing market penetration. * Create accurate quarterly sales forecasts. * Actively participate in product development discussions with Commodity and Product Owners to enhance the value proposition and customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). * Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within the financial technology or commodities trading sector. * Strong understanding of financial markets and trading activities. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in CRM and salesforce automation tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
