Responsibilities and Duties

*Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure food is consistently prepared with high quality, taste, and presentation *Innovate and collaborate on new dishes, plating styles, and culinary techniques *Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage food costs, and minimize waste *Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards *Hire, train, schedule, and mentor kitchen team members *Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster team growth *Work closely with front-of-house staff to provide a seamless guest experience *Handle customer feedback professionally and implement service improvements

Qualifications and Requirements

*Diploma or formal certification in culinary arts or a related field *At least 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role (Head Chef/Sous Chef level) *Strong background in French cuisine or techniques, with a creative approach to modern flavors *Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume kitchen *Excellent kitchen organization and planning skills *Understanding of inventory management, food costs, and kitchen budgeting *Strong interpersonal and communication abilities *A self-motivated, responsible individual with a passion for culinary excellence
