Responsibilities and Duties

* Culinary Oversight: Supervise the preparation of all food to ensure the highest standards and quality are met at all times. * Team Leadership: Oversee and manage all kitchen staff, including handling staff issues, taking disciplinary action when necessary, and motivating the team. * Inventory & Cost Control: Manage kitchen stocks, handle supplier relationships to ensure quality and affordability, and oversee maintenance of kitchen equipment. * Menu Development: Develop new dishes and overhaul existing menus to attract and retain clientele. * Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinary experience. * Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest level of hygiene within the department and ensure staff are working safely at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 4 years of proven experience and success in an equivalent job role. * Strong ability to manage and motivate other people. * Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance. * Must be punctual, organized, and trustworthy.
