Responsibilities and Duties

* Execute daily food preparation tasks, ensuring dishes meet our established standards of quality and flavor. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, minimizing waste and controlling costs effectively. * Collaborate on the development of new menu items, including festive buffet offerings. * Report directly to the Head Chef, providing updates and feedback as needed. * Handle any additional culinary tasks assigned to support kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Open to citizens and permanent residents. * Possession of relevant culinary certifications or qualifications. * Minimum of two years of experience in a similar kitchen role. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. * Availability to work a five-day work week with rotating shifts. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
