Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily kitchen operations * Lead R\&D to create innovative, nutrition-focused recipes * Manage and guide kitchen team members * Conduct inventory tracking to maintain stock and reduce waste * Develop and implement SOPs for consistency * Ensure compliance with food safety standards and cleanliness

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience as a Chef or similar role * Passion for healthy cooking and nutrition principles * Strong leadership and team management skills * Detail-oriented with knowledge of inventory and SOP management * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs * Creative and adaptable in a fast-paced kitchen environment
