This includes achieving sales targets, managing staff performance, implementing studio policies, overseeing promotional activities, and fostering positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Achieving the studio's established sales objectives. - Supervising staff performance and assigned duties. - Creating and enforcing studio policies and procedures. - Managing studio promotions and events to attract and retain clients. - Developing and maintaining positive relationships with both new and existing customers. - Completing or delegating administrative tasks as needed. - Effectively managing the studio's schedule to optimize resource allocation. - Maintaining high standards of customer care and providing excellent post-service follow-up.

Qualifications and Requirements

Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred.
