Founding Member of Gatten Sushi Singapore

A rare chance to join a 1st outlet from day one. Singapore is Gatten Sushi's first ASEAN market and 2026 will be the year the brand lands. Founding members shape how the kitchen runs, how the menu rolls out, and how the brand takes root in Southeast Asia. The kind of experience that stays on your resume forever.

  • Authentic Sushi Craftsmanship & Japan Training

Authentic Sushi Craftsmanship & Japan Training

Gatten Sushi's signature is "market-direct, in-house prepared" — chain-scale operations, but real itamae craftsmanship. You'll learn directly from experienced Japanese sushi chefs, and qualified members receive training opportunities in Japan to absorb the standard at its source. The brand is led by Mr. Ichihara, winner of TV Champion's "King of Sushi Chefs." This is the real thing.

  • A Flat Culture Where Customer Impact Drives Growth

A Flat Culture Where Customer Impact Drives Growth

This isn't a traditional Japanese-style company built on tenure or hierarchy. Evaluation here is built around one question: how well do you satisfy customers, and how much do you contribute to the store's results? That's the metric. The proof is in the group's overseas track record — in China, a local store manager has led the entire RDC group's #1 ranking for two consecutive years. Founding members of Singapore's 1st outlet are positioned for leadership as the brand expands to 2nd and 3rd outlets.

One piece of sushi. The future of a brand rests on it.

We genuinely value craftsmanship and people who want to grow. Beginners are welcomed as long as the passion is there. The kitchen here is a place where you can ask, try, and build — not just follow orders. Singapore being a fresh start makes it even more exciting.

A Rare 1st-Outlet Launch, Backed by 500+ Stores of Heritage

There aren't many Japanese F&B openings in Singapore that combine a true 1st-outlet launch with the operational backbone of a 500+ store group. Gatten Sushi is one of them. RDC leadership has been clear with us: passion and growth mindset matter more than years on a resume. If you've ever wanted to shape a brand's presence in a new market from day one — and grow alongside it as Singapore expands across outlets — this is the moment.
