Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure customer tables are cleared efficiently and promptly. * Oversee daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. * Ensure drinks and soup are consistently topped up for customers. * Attend to and address customer needs and requests effectively. * Lead and guide outlet staff to ensure efficient operations. * Take overall responsibility for the effective management of the outlet.
