Responsibilities and Duties

- Ingredient Preparation: Take charge of preparing all ingredients and basic mise en place, ensuring everything is ready for the chefs. - Hygiene and Safety Maintenance: Uphold stringent standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety throughout all kitchen areas, creating a safe and efficient workspace. - Food Storage and Handling: Ensure proper handling and storage of food items, minimizing spoilage and waste. - Inventory and Supply Support: Assist with inventory management and supply control, helping to maintain adequate stock levels. - Knowledge Development: Continuously strive to improve kitchen knowledge under the guidance of your supervisor, embracing learning opportunities. - Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all operating equipment is in good working condition, and report any maintenance needs to your supervisor. - Flexible Task Completion: Perform duties in other kitchen areas as assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to assist.

Qualifications and Requirements
