Responsibilities and Duties

- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests - Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality and smooth functioning - Support team development, encouraging collaboration and growth - Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams for seamless service - Take ownership of outlet’s P&L, analysing revenue, costs, and profitability - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager - Experience in managing outlet’s P&L and inventory - Comfortable working retail hours
