Sales Executive

Description

The Sales Executive will actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. They will attend tender site walks, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals to meet project requirements. The role involves achieving sales targets, delivering presentations on products and services, and managing client relationships. The Sales Executive will follow up on quotes, maintain a steady sales pipeline, and coordinate project deliveries, ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with clients, consultants, and architects. Additionally, the role includes preparing purchase orders, managing project budgets, and attending site discussions and handover meetings as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media Attend tender site walks and prepare quotations to meet project requirements Negotiate and close deals while handling complaints and objections Achieve sales targets and business objectives Prepare and deliver product and service presentations Set up meetings with potential clients and manage their requirements Follow up on quotes promptly to maintain a constant sales pipeline Coordinate project deliveries and serve as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and architects Participate in site discussions and handover meetings as required by clients Prepare purchase orders for material procurement and ensure project budgets are met

Qualifications and Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, with experience in MCST and/or building maintenance projects (including malls and hotels) being an advantage. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to work night shifts occasionally if required by clients.
