We are seeking a seasoned culinary leader to champion our kitchen's daily operations. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining seamless kitchen functionality, ensuring consistent dish quality, and fostering a collaborative team environment. They will play a key role in menu innovation and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Guarantee the kitchen is adequately staffed and operational efficiency is maintained throughout each day. * Verify that all food items are prepared precisely according to established recipes. * Uphold unwavering standards for food quality and visual presentation across all dishes. * Develop and implement weekly work schedules that align with business demands. * Participate actively in research and development for new menu items and culinary creations. * Maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen. * Provide practical, on-the-job training for new kitchen personnel. * Promote a culture of cooperative teamwork and mutual support within the kitchen staff. * Effectively manage and guide the kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment. * Handle additional tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 15 years of professional experience within the food and beverage sector, with at least 10 years specializing in banquet or catering services. * Proficiency in both Asian and foundational Western culinary styles. * Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of 20 to 25 staff members. * Demonstrated skills in cost analysis, menu development, and problem resolution. * Basic English language communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
