Restaurant Head Bartender

Description

Create an attractive bar atmosphere through service and ambience.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Deliver beverages and meals to guests across F&B outlets. - Ensure accurate processing of purchases. - Prepare and close the bar daily, including stock management and cleaning. - Be attentive and proactive, responding quickly to guest and management needs. - Control the bar during service, taking orders, issuing bills, and acting as lead in Bar Manager’s absence. - Coach new bartenders and bar backs, ensuring correct standards and service methods. - Assist Bar Manager with stock control and weekly stocktaking. - Manage all bar operations to deliver exceptional guest experience with creativity and authenticity. - Monitor and implement guest service standards consistently.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Preferably relevant degree in Business or Hospitality. - Minimum legal age to serve alcohol in Singapore. - Personal license is desirable. - WSET certification is desirable.
