Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist the General Manager in setting financial goals, managing expenses, and achieving P&L targets. - Collaborate with management and HQ teams on brand development and business strategy. - Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including service and bar management. - Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture; mediate and resolve internal team conflicts promptly. - Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination and timely service delivery. - Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience in hospitality leadership roles with a strong record of operational excellence. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong business acumen, including experience in strategic planning, operations, and talent management. - Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. - Pre-opening experience preferred. - Knowledge of Spanish cuisine or background in tapas/Mediterranean dining is an advantage.
