Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook all customer orders, following our service standards and recipes. * Complete all necessary prep work before and after service, ensuring a smooth kitchen flow. * Maintain a clean and sanitary food preparation area at all times. * Wash and properly store all kitchen utensils and dishes. * Organize, store, and distribute ingredients efficiently. * Uphold quality control and ensure food presentation meets our established standards. * Adhere strictly to portion control guidelines, following the chef's instructions. * Prepare guest orders promptly and efficiently. * Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to prevent damage and extend its lifespan. * Perform essential food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking. * Dispose of kitchen waste and refuse regularly. * Clean food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen areas. * Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the kitchen management.
