Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction - Greet and interact with guests, especially Italian-speaking customers, to provide a personalized experience - Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house staff - Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure quality control and timely service - Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and proactively - Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards - Drive sales and support marketing initiatives targeting Italian-speaking clientele - Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports - Uphold the brand image and values of the restaurant

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality role - Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Customer-focused with keen attention to detail - Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
