SALES MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to contribute to our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by maintaining a competitive and innovative approach. This role focuses on maximizing the sales team's performance, developing comprehensive sales plans, and presenting these plans to senior management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Achieve or surpass sales targets through effective management and leadership of the sales team. * Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and establish a strong market presence. * Manage the recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives. * Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and acting as a trusted advisor. * Implement new sales strategies and initiatives to enhance performance. * Present detailed reports on sales, revenue, and expenses, along with realistic and data-driven forecasts, to the management team. * Identify emerging markets and shifts in market dynamics, while staying informed about new products and the competitive landscape. * Identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies to increase sales revenue. * Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Demonstrable success as a sales representative or sales manager, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry conferences. * Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. * Demonstrated ability to manage the sales cycle from planning to closing deals. * Strong business acumen and in-depth industry knowledge. * Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. * Proficiency in data analysis and report writing. * Ability to understand and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. * Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
