As a Senior / Guest Service Executive, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager to deliver courteous, prompt service to all hotel guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met for a seamless experience. Respond tactfully to guest complaints, requests, and inquiries, always aiming to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel facilities, events, and local tourist information to assist guests effectively. Foster professional, cooperative relationships and clear communication with hotel staff across all departments, ensuring a cohesive service experience. Approach all additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism, supporting the smooth operation of the hotel.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure timely and courteous service to all hotel guests. * Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries responsively and tactfully, resolving issues efficiently. * Understand guest preferences to tailor services and meet individual needs. * Stay informed about hotel facilities, functions, and local tourist information to assist guests effectively. * Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all hotel staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. * Approach additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum requirement of O Levels or an equivalent qualification. * Willingness and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * A positive and enthusiastic attitude, paired with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. * No prior experience required; candidates who are eager to learn and develop in the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
