In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and promoting the benefits of our innovative footwear solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. * Provide high-quality customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively. * Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently for sales transactions. * Actively sell and promote our range of foot health care products, highlighting their unique features and benefits. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring an attractive and inviting atmosphere. * Assist with e-commerce operations within the store. * Be willing to perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sales orientation. * Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including friendliness, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer skills and the ability to use mobile applications effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers. * Available to start work immediately is preferred. * A strong willingness to learn about our products, services, and company culture. * Willing to work weekends as required.
