Sales Executive

Description

The Sales Executive handles customer inquiries, seeks new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking, and addresses customer service issues. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, managing lease negotiations, and ensuring high occupancy rates. The role involves building strong tenant relationships, collaborating with internal teams for lease management, and monitoring performance metrics. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up in a professional and friendly manner. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Resolve customer service issues efficiently and effectively. Monitor and analyze market trends and shifts in customer demands. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper lease management and documentation. Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and viewings for potential clients. Ensure high occupancy rates for all sales projects. Handle lease negotiations and follow up on lease terms with tenants. Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with the operations team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. Track performance data and KPIs on a daily basis. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients). Strong skills in lease management documentation and administration. Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
