Honestly, I didn't expect to grow this much in just one year.

I joined as a Demi Chef about a year ago. Before this, I worked at a few other cafes but the training was never really structured — you just kind of figured things out on your own. Here it's different. Chef actually takes the time to explain why we do things a certain way, not just tell you what to do. I learned more in the first three months here than I did in two years elsewhere. The hours can be tough, not gonna lie. But the team makes it bearable. We look out for each other. If you're struggling, someone will step in — no questions asked. What I appreciate most is that hard work actually gets noticed here. It's not just talk. You put in the effort, it shows in your pay and how you move up. If you're serious about cooking and want to actually build a career — not just clock in and out — I'd say go for it.

Good training, good team — worth a look.

Sin & Savage Bakehouse is a growing café brand with a clear identity and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. It's the kind of place where the vibe is good, the work is meaningful, and you can take pride in what you're serving. Being part of a small, tight-knit team means your contribution actually matters. There's a real sense of ownership and camaraderie that you don't always find in bigger operations. If you're looking for a workplace with good energy, a brand you can get behind, and people you actually enjoy working with — this could be a great fit.
