Head of Finance (Jurong; 5.5 Days ,MS Dynamics 365)

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Head of Finance to join our growing company. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring financial stability and driving strategic growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the seamless operation of all accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management. * Lead the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, GST regulations, and internal control procedures. * Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly and annual closings. * Ensure compliance with all relevant Singapore tax regulations and financial reporting standards. * Interpret financial reports, provide insights to senior management, and play a key role in the annual budgeting process. * Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes and improve efficiency. * Lead and review supplier and customer transactions, including payments and creditor reconciliations. * Liaise with internal parties such as key account managers and external parties such as bankers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and auditors. * Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. * Assist the Managing Director in various work-related matters and undertake ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from a reputable university. * Chartered Accountant (CA) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification. * At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience within the FMCG industry. * Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. * Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and interpretation. * Ability to think strategically and provide insightful financial advice to support business decisions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and external parties. * Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all financial matters. * High level of integrity and professionalism. * Strong work ethic with a positive and collaborative attitude.
