This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing daily sales activities, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with various teams and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage daily sales activities, including order processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate sales records. * Maintain close communication with customers, production teams, and the supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any customer inquiries or concerns. * Professionally handle customer inquiries, provide effective solutions, and follow up promptly to ensure all issues are resolved efficiently. * Consolidate and provide customers with necessary documents and samples related to their orders. * Ensure timely invoicing to customers and manage the collection of reusable drums.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 'O' Level qualification or equivalent. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or related role. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. A detail-oriented and customer-focused approach is essential.
