We are looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our service team. As a key member of the front-of-house staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and smooth dining experience for our guests. This position involves table setup, guest interaction, handling special requests, and supporting daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on service and cleanliness. Responsibilities and Duties

*Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all guests upon arrival *Monitor and respond to guests' needs throughout their visit *Handle and coordinate special dining requests (e.g., table preferences, dietary needs, promotions) *Keep the dining area, tables, and service stations clean and tidy at all times *Arrange seating plans and manage table settings before and during service *Prepare tables and restock service supplies as part of opening/closing procedures *Regularly check on guest satisfaction and escalate concerns to the manager when necessary *Perform other support duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications and Requirements

*Prior experience in F&B or customer service is a plus (training will be provided) *Strong communication and people skills *Friendly, eager to learn, and adaptable *Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment *Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays *Basic computer literacy and good organizational habits
