We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team and contribute to the efficient preparation of high-quality food. This role involves supporting various aspects of food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and adhering to strict food safety standards. Responsibilities and Duties

* Participate in food preparation tasks, such as chopping and cooking, as needed for various dishes. * Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently, following established recipes and guidelines. * Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including cleaning stations, tools, and equipment regularly. * Properly clean and store all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment. * Ensure that all ingredients are correctly labeled, stored, and rotated to minimize spoilage. * Assist with the receipt and proper organization of incoming stock deliveries. * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. * Provide support to the broader kitchen team in their daily tasks to ensure a seamless workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience working in a kitchen setting. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-speed environment while managing several tasks. * Keen eye for detail and a strong dedication to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. * Collaborative team player with effective communication skills. * Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
