Senior, International Tax

Description

This role is integral to providing high-quality tax advisory services to a diverse client base. The Tax Associate will work closely with engagement managers to develop and implement effective tax strategies for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with engagement managers to provide efficient and insightful solutions to clients on a range of domestic and international tax matters. * Contribute to various tax-related projects, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, tax incentive applications, stamp duty assessments, and more. * Assist in managing the entire engagement process, from proposal preparation to billing. * Continuously stay abreast of the latest developments in domestic and international tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. * Minimum two years of relevant working experience in corporate tax or M&A tax with a reputable accounting firm. * Strong understanding of domestic and international tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex tax issues. * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. * Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to professional development.
