Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive (Accounts Payable) to lead and oversee the accounts payable team and processes. This role involves validating and processing vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily operations, and maintaining detailed financial records. The Executive will compile and present financial reports, establish departmental goals, and drive process improvements for efficiency. Additionally, the role requires fostering positive relationships with team members, clients, and vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and controls.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead, guide, and assess the performance of the accounts payable team. Validate data and process different types of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements. Supervise daily departmental operations to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Maintain comprehensive and precise financial records and client information. Compile, analyze, and present financial reports to management and stakeholders. Set and drive the achievement of departmental objectives. Foster and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and vendors. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency. Develop standardized processes to improve internal efficiency, including creating company-wide templates.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Excel; experience with SAP is a plus. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
