Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties

* Contribute to the preparation and cooking of food items, following provided guidelines. * Handle the cleaning of dishes and utensils, ensuring all items are sanitized and ready for use. * Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen. * Assist in the distribution of prepared meals, ensuring accurate and timely service. * Support inventory management by organizing and arranging stock items.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least one year of experience in a similar kitchen support role. * Availability to work a six-day work week. * Flexibility to work rotating day shifts. * Ability to work weekends and public holidays. * Possession of a basic Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred. * Basic proficiency in spoken and written English. * Available to work in either the Queensway or Toa Payoh locations.
