Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop, plan, and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets. * Identify, evaluate, and develop potential business opportunities and new customer relationships to expand market share. * Consolidate sales and delivery data to formulate and update the master production plan, ensuring alignment with customer orders and production capabilities. * Gather and analyze market information to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Formulate competitive pricing strategies based on market analysis and cost optimization. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support to enhance overall customer satisfaction. * Address customer feedback promptly and effectively resolve any complaints or issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Rubber & Plastic Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Research & Development and/or Sales within the Polyolefin business. * Fluency in both Japanese and English to facilitate technical discussions with target market groups and headquarters. * Dynamic and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients at all levels.
