LY12- Indoor Sales Coordinator -Mechanical Engineering

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, fax, and in-person. * Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and generate sales orders. * Liaise with local and overseas customers regarding delivery schedules and coordinate shipments effectively. * Prepare and maintain accurate records, including packing lists and delivery orders. * Build and maintain positive relationships with both local and international customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Prior sales experience within the Fire Fighting Equipment industry is preferred, but not essential. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
