Responsibilities and Duties

- Food Preparation Assistance: - Provide support in the preparation of ingredients and dishes, following recipes and instructions. - Quality Control: - Help ensure the food prepared meets our quality standards. - Kitchen Sanitation: - Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. - Hygiene Compliance: - Understand and follow all mandatory hygiene standards and requirements. - Cleaning and Organization: - Assist with cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen tidy and functional. - General Kitchen Support: - Carry out other duties as assigned by the Chef to support kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member. - Physical and mental stamina to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment. - Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. - Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to follow directions.
