The Senior / Guest Service Assistant creates positive and memorable guest experiences within the hotel lobby and reception area, collaborating with the Assistant Manager and other front office staff to provide courteous and efficient services while addressing guest complaints, requests, and enquiries tactfully. Responsibilities and Duties
* Create positive and memorable guest experiences in the lobby and reception area * Collaborate with Assistant Manager to provide efficient and courteous guest services * Respond to guest complaints, requests, and enquiries promptly and tactfully * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of guest arrivals, events, hotel amenities, and outlets * Communicate closely with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier regarding guest arrivals and departures * Ensure efficient and courteous service in baggage handling, transport, and general enquiries * Carry out additional tasks assigned by superiors diligently and professionally
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum completion of PSLE or equivalent * Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and good communication skills * Experience not required; fresh candidates welcome
