Responsibilities and Duties

* Goal Setting & Communication: Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company plans and effectively communicate them to the team. * Workflow Management: Organize workflow and ensure that all employees understand their duties and delegated tasks. * Performance & Coaching: Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback, and coach staff for personal and professional growth. * Problem Resolution: Receive and resolve complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner. * Human Resources: Maintain timekeeping and personnel records, and assist with hiring and training new employees. * Compliance & Discipline: Ensure adherence to all legal and company policies, and undertake disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B sector. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, organize, and direct a team. * Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information between management and staff. * A results-driven approach with a focus on problem-solving and performance improvement. * Experience in handling HR-related duties such as hiring, training, and maintaining records.
