- Oversee daily stall operations (food preparation, service, cleanliness) - Supervise, train, and schedule staff - Manage inventory, stock orders, and prevent wastage - Handle cash and daily sales reports - Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance - Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints - Plan promotions and strategies to boost sales

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience in F&B or food stall/restaurant management - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations - Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure
