Responsibilities and Duties

- Drive business strategy within the designated business area. Define financial analysis goals and requirements for the assigned business area and prioritize related tasks. - Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on matters of business performance and financial priorities. Provide management with clear insights and recommendations, engaging in regular communication to promote business growth through effective business and product strategies. - Lead collaborative problem-solving efforts with finance and cross-functional partners, bringing clarity to complex issues. - Communicate effectively by clearly and confidently conveying information, simplifying complex solutions and calculations for broader understanding. - Develop and execute financial analysis or components of financial analysis such as gap analysis or driver model for an assigned area of the business.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Four years of experience in an environment requiring strong problem-solving skills (e.g., financial planning and analysis, business analytics, management consulting, or investment banking). - Experience working directly with executive leadership and influencing impactful outcomes. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to generate meaningful insights. - Strong business acumen and leadership capabilities, with the ability to communicate and effectively engage with executive management. - Excellent investigative and technical skills (e.g., financial modeling, SQL, data visualization).
