Savoureux is an exquisite Japanese-French fusion restaurant located in the vibrant neighborhood of Jalan Besar, Singapore. Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the guidance of senior chefs. - Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. - Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and specials, incorporating fresh and seasonal ingredients. - Assist in stock management, inventory control, and ordering supplies as needed. - Contribute to the ongoing development of the menu, suggesting improvements and innovative ideas. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, sanitation, and professionalism.

・5days work / 11hrs per day, 11am~11pm (1hour break)

Qualification

Specific skills

- Previous experience as a relevant culinary role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates from culinary schools are welcome to apply. - Knowledge of Japanese and/or French cuisine is an advantage. - Understanding of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. - Passion for food and a strong desire to learn and grow as a culinary professional. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive and independent. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
