Sales Manager

Description

This role focuses on representing the company and its offerings, understanding customer needs, leading and developing a sales team, and achieving sales objectives. The position involves strategic planning, performance analysis, team management, and client relationship development.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and extend the company's global reach. * Meet with prospective clients and cultivate long-term relationships by understanding and addressing their specific needs. * Recruit, set objectives for, train, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives. * Identify areas for improvement within the team's skillset and develop training plans to address those gaps. * Ensure that company sales quotas are met by conducting regular check-ins with the sales team to set daily objectives and monitor progress. * Manage the month-end and year-end sales closing processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. * Proven experience in sales and sales management. * Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to analyze data and create sales forecasts. * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
