Supervisor

Description

We’re seeking an experienced and dependable Shift Supervisor to oversee one of our operational shifts. This role involves leading a team, ensuring daily targets are met, and maintaining high standards of productivity and service. You’ll be responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring attendance, evaluating team performance, and compiling shift reports to support ongoing improvements. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Supervise daily activities and ensure all team members meet their individual and team goals *Provide clear instructions and hands-on guidance to employees during shifts *Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace for all staff *Approve and monitor shift schedules, attendance, and time-off requests *Track and report on team performance and operational efficiency *Support and coach team members to improve skills and productivity *Deliver excellent service by upholding high customer satisfaction standards *Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements to management

Qualifications and Requirements

*At least 1–3 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role *Strong communication and interpersonal skills *Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency *High level of integrity and reliability *Ability to work collaboratively and motivate others *Neat, professional presentation and positive attitude *Comfortable using basic digital tools and systems (e.g., POS, MS Office) *Strong organizational and time management abilities *Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent *Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment
