In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing and frying delicious dough-based snacks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to the smooth daily operations of our stall. Responsibilities and Duties

* Fry dough items, such as You Tiao and Ham Chim Peng, to perfection, ensuring they meet our quality standards. * Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of your work area, adhering to food safety guidelines. * Assist with kitchen preparation tasks and support daily operations as needed. * Collaborate closely with the stall owner and other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in frying items like You Tiao, Ham Chim Peng, or similar dough-based snacks. * Ability to handle hot oil safely and confidently. * Good physical condition and stamina, capable of standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. * Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player.
