Responsibilities and Duties

- Food Preparation and Cooking: - Assist in preparing food following established recipes, visual guides, and instructions. - Prepare and cook food across various kitchen stations as needed. - Ensure timely delivery of food items with consistent quality and presentation. - Kitchen Operations and Quality Control: - Coordinate food production, inventory, and quality. - Maintain an organized workstation to ensure efficient meal service and a clean work area. - Continuously monitor food quality, including taste and temperature, according to company standards. - Implement portion control guidelines to minimize waste. - Hygiene and Sanitation: - Oversee the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, workstations, and overall environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience: - At least 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen setting. - Certifications and Skills: - Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred). - Commitment to working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - Motivated team player with strong communication skills. - Eligibility: - Only Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, or Long Term Visit Pass Plus holders may apply. - Benefits: - Staff meals and discounts across all outlets. - Opportunity to work in a unique F&B concept.
