Description

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a luxury boutique hotel group operating multiple restaurants and bars under Marriott International. This role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality Western dishes, and maintaining the highest culinary and hygiene standards. Responsibilities and Duties

* Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies * Prepare ingredients including vegetables, meat, and sauces for service * Cook and present menu items to high-quality standards in cooperation with the kitchen team * Ensure timely and consistent food service during operations * Maintain cleanliness, store inventory properly, and handle leftover food responsibly * Comply with food safety, nutrition, and sanitation regulations * Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and support in daily kitchen management * Maintain a professional and positive working approach with colleagues and customers

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 8 years of culinary experience, preferably in Western cuisine * Proven leadership and teamwork skills in a high-paced kitchen environment * Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations * Ability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail * Positive, professional, and motivated personality
