Responsibilities and Duties

* Perform room cleaning, including bed-making, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities. * Sanitize bathrooms, restock toiletries, and change linens and towels according to company standards. * Conduct inspections and report any damages or maintenance issues. * Address guest requests and housekeeping-related preferences with efficiency and professionalism. * Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, restaurants, and public areas. * Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. * Sanitize high-touch areas including door handles, railings, and reception desks. * Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal according to environmental and safety regulations. * Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols in handling cleaning chemicals. * Handle lost and found items in line with company procedures. * Participate in deep cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives. * Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment in good condition. * Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Physically fit – able to lift up to 30kg during cleaning operations. * Capable of working independently and efficiently to meet KPIs for room turnaround. * Flexible to work on a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays. * Able to work rotating shifts (day/night).
