Responsibilities and Duties

* Clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned public areas such as lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, banquet areas, and back-of-house spaces. * Replenish restroom supplies and maintain hygiene standards. * Clean glass, mirrors, windows, furniture, carpets, and floors. * Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly. * Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables according to procedures. * Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following hotel guidelines. * Support special cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleaning tasks. * Respond politely to guest inquiries and provide assistance or directions. * Uphold grooming standards, courtesy, and professionalism while on duty. * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies. * Operate a buggy when required (training provided).

Qualifications and Requirements

* No prior experience required; training provided. * Knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning methods an advantage. * Ability to communicate basic English.
