Responsibilities and Duties

- Perform daily preparation, production, and storage of raw materials and finished goods, while maintaining costs and ensuring consistent product quality. - Manage inventory and liaise with relevant departments for purchasing. - Maintain a lean, orderly, and sanitary cooking station that adheres to all health and safety standards. - Maintain **ISO 22000 / HACCP / HALAL** records as required. - Supervise junior chefs (Commies Chef) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of **5 years of experience** working with pastry and cakes in a catering company, bakery, or cake shop is required. - Good knowledge of various cakes, pastries, cookies, chocolates, and other desserts. - Ability to finish cream-based, mousse-based, and cheesecakes. - Knowledge of local trends, tastes, and flavor profiles is a bonus.

Working Condition

Working hours

44 hours per week, with a 5 or 6-day work week on rotating shifts. Overtime is available.
