In this vital role, you will be instrumental in upholding the exceptional quality and consistency of our dishes. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will skillfully prepare and cook menu items that artfully combine Japanese ingredients with French culinary techniques, all while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, flavor, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes according to our menu guidelines, expertly integrating Japanese ingredients with classic French methods. * Keep a close watch on and manage ingredient stock levels, ensuring freshness and minimizing any waste. * Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, following established procedures for handling, storing, and sanitizing food. * Guide and train junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing skill development. * Collaborate with the management team to continuously refine kitchen operations, contributing your insights to menu innovation, cost management, process improvement, and overall efficiency. * Actively seek opportunities to enhance your culinary skills and be open to taking on additional responsibilities that support the restaurant's operation, fostering both personal and professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in a full-service kitchen in a similar culinary role. * Possession of a recognized Food Safety and Hygiene certification. * A solid understanding of general restaurant operations. * A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
