We are seeking a reliable and skilled Pastry Assistant to support the production of bakery and pastry products in an industrial bakery setting. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in production of bakery and pastry products following specifications and order requirements * Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices aligned with HACCP/FSSC standards * Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens and mixers * Monitor and maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients

Qualifications and Requirements

* Certificate in Baking Skills or equivalent qualification * Preferably 2 years of baking experience as a baker assistant or similar role * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Good knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients * Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
