Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and produce a diverse range of cakes daily, adhering to established recipes and procedures. * Follow the daily production schedule to meet store delivery needs with accurate cake quantities. * Maintain consistent standards in cake presentation and production quality. * Frost and decorate cakes and other desserts with precision and artistic flair. * Minimize ingredient waste through efficient preparation techniques. * Uphold strict hygiene practices, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage. * Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy workspace. * Complete other tasks assigned by the Head Pastry Chef or supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A certificate, diploma, or professional qualification in Baking and Pastry Arts, or an equivalent culinary certification. * At least three years of hands-on baking experience. * Experience in cake baking and decorative techniques is highly valued.
